Services & Products

I provide counselling, movement-based therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and related resources or products. These are intended for personal growth, support, and education, and are not a substitute for medical or legal advice.

Bookings & Payments

Payments must be made at the time of booking or purchase. Session bookings are confirmed once payment is received. I may need to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Sessions: Please provide at least 48hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Products: Refunds are available for damaged or incorrectly sent items. Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed.

Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, risk of harm or mandatory reporting).

Shipping

Delivery of physical products follows the Shipping Policy on this website. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside my control.
