Counselling Sessions
Payments for counselling sessions are non-refundable once the session has commenced. Cancellations must be made at least 48hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Physical Products
If a product you purchase is damaged or incorrectly sent, please contact me at info@darkhorsecounselling.com.au within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products
Digital products (e.g., workbooks or downloadable resources) are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, contact me at info@darkhorsecounselling.com.au with your order details. I will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
